I recently had the opportunity to be a panelist on a mindset-focused webinar with Chris Heller, CEO of Movoto. One of the key takeaways I shared came from a simple but powerful question an agent asked me:

“How do you make everything easier for the agents on your team?”

Real estate can be unpredictable. Some weeks are packed with appointments, offers, and closings, while others feel slower, regardless of the effort put in. During those slower times, it’s not unusual for agents to feel discouraged or start questioning the tools, the leads, or even the market itself. That’s why our focus is always on ensuring agents have the proper support, the right perspective, and the structure they need to stay productive and confident, regardless of the market conditions.

How do we help real estate agents? When an agent is having a tough month, it’s easy to assume something external is to blame. Maybe they think the leads aren’t converting, buyers aren’t serious, or sellers are holding back. But more often than not, it’s not about the leads or the market—it’s about how we respond when things feel uncertain. That’s where our approach makes a difference.

We take the time to help our agents zoom out and look at the bigger picture. Instead of getting stuck in one moment or one deal, we look at what’s happening across the team and within the local and national market. When agents understand that their experience isn’t isolated, they stop reacting out of frustration and start making more informed, confident decisions.

We also show them where things are working. If another agent on the team is having success using the same tools and lead sources, dig into what they’re doing differently. Perhaps it’s their timing, follow-up strategy, or approach to setting expectations with clients. Sharing those real examples helps the rest of the team make minor, smart adjustments without having to guess or feel lost.

More importantly, we don’t let anyone feel like they’re on their own. Our company’s culture is built on communication and support. Agents are encouraged to ask questions, share successes and challenges, and learn from one another. Whether it’s through team calls, one-on-one coaching, or informal check-ins, there’s always someone available to help problem-solve and refocus.
